SERVIS

The company ‘Tehno-al Marinković’ provides a 2-year warranty for the installed joinery, as regulated by law. However, we actually maintain it for much longer than that, we do it as long as you need it.

During the warranty period the customer has the right to service. The service is free of charge in the following cases: if the problem is caused by defects in the material the joinery is made of or by errors in the process of manufacturing, assembly or transportation of joinery. If it is determined that the error is caused by inappropriate or negligent handling by the user, all the costs of service must be covered by the buyer.
